Dr. Kenneth Persaud is a physician executive with experience in clinical practice, leading physician groups, managed care, Medicare MSSP, clinical re-design to achieve high quality, development & implementation of equitable healthcare models, physician compensation, global capitation contracting and start-ups. Ken is the Senior Vice President of Practice Operations for Ampliphy Physician Services, based in Tennessee.  Ampliphy is a physician led Accountable Care Organization with operations in Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kentucky.  For the past decade Ken has held leadership positions in healthcare organizations, specializing in the clinical redesign, implementation of care delivery strategies which accelerate performance and create value for patients, health plans, IPAs, physicians, hospital systems and investors.  Ken's career has been devoted to acquiring, growing and divesting of health services companies, which improve health outcomes through patient centric healthcare approaches. Ken started his career providing primary care, serving a rural population in private practice. Kenneth earned a Bachelor’s of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, NY and completed his post graduate studies at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, School of Medicine.
